Myself and my friend booked a train reservation from split to slovenia andit had to be a paper reservation. The estimated delivery date is after we leave for our trip though. What can we do? Can we get a digital copy? We leave in 6 days so need to solve this soon. The reservation will arrive 2 days after we leave.

- Don't book reservations via Interrail if you can avoid it. They're almost always more expensive because Interrail adds a €2 booking fee per person and train.
- Don't book reservations there that have to be sent via post. It can take a long time to deliver them and it adds another €9 per order to your reservations.
- Don't book reservations that arrive after you've left.

If you've already booked but the reservation hasn't been sent yet, then maybe you can still cancel it. Contact customer service ASAP in that case:
