How long does it take for a paper ticket (seat reservation) from Budapest to Ljubljana to arrive in Australia travelling on 26 July but leaving Australia on 20 July is this enough time or can I book at the station when we arrive in Budapest? - Thank you

Don't book that via Eurail. You could indeed book it in Budapest, but it's also possible in advance for a lot less money (€3 per seat) on tickets.oebb.at. It will be delivered via email.
