Hi, I have a eurail mobile pass, I need eticket and not paper ticket.

However, when I go to seat reservation and ready to make payment they say its a paper ticket.

I am a first time EURAIL pass user, Yesterday I bought the global  mobile pass for my family with 5 days travel time in 1 month.

I am trying to reserve a high speed train from Barcelona to Paris for 18th August.

When I got to checkout and asked to pay. It indicates its a paper ticket. and asks for address for delivery.

I was hoping to get an eticket on my mobile and not the paper ticket as I still dont have an address in Barcelona. and also there is less time left. Please help. 


Interrail can only sell paper reservations but there are other ways to make the reservation. You can read about that in the link below.
