How fast do they send out a paper ticket? Would be for Vienna-Prague, and we live in US. Thanks

If you mean a seat reservation, they are available online (and for cheaper!) through the railway companies -> either ÖBB or ČD in this case (3€).

If you make only a trip Vienna - Prague you don’t need an Eurail Pass but only a ticket. You could also buy this ticket at the ticket office when you are in Vienna.
However, I don’t understand why you need a paper ticket.
