Hello,

I am trying to book a train reservation from Amsterdam to Paris on the b-europe website and it requires a pass cover number. I have a mobile pass and cannot figure out my pass cover number. I reached out to customer service a few days ago and have heard no response.

    I am traveling with a friend and she will need her pass cover number too.
