I am currently planning on visiting southern France this summer.
I cannot book my reservation from Metz to Paris and from Paris to Bordeaux and the way back.
It would really appreciate if somebody from the interrail team might be able to help me.

Pass cover number needed.

The best way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

To get your Pass Cover Number, if you still will need it, you need to contact Customer Support through this form and ask for the Pass Cover Number.

There is a special form for this, it will not work via this way
ALT: SNCF anrufen, via /en/ line, there seem to some agents who try to fob you off. No asking for cover nr.
IF you live very close to FR border and have 9€ anyway-visit a FR station with large machine (Strasbourg, tram from Kehl) and do it there right on the spot.
