Where are you trying to reserve?
Usually the systems of B-Europe or SJ need the oldstyle PassCoverNumber that mobile pass user doesnt have :/ If Mobilepass user need one they can request one from Customer Service

Yes, I have requested, but all the trains I want to go on , seats are going as I wait, so I can no longer go on that date as they are selling out
