Pass holder reservations may be sold out for Andalsnes to Oslo

I’ve purchased Scandinavian Eurail passes . My latest problem is when trying to book seats from Andalsnes to Oslo in May, I keep finding that  “ Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection “. Can anyone help, I wish I hadn’t purchased the passes.

If you're travelling with 2 pass holders, then please remove the 2 seniors.

Where did you check for reservations? Did you check at entur.no?

Reservations for Norway are best booked on entur.no. Also see:

https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm

If that doesn't work for you then please mention date and departure time.

Yes, and it says to ring, which is not easy from Australia.

I’ve emailed SJNord customer service. as I am unable to translate their chat line.

This may take up to 14 days.

May 15 2025 is day of journey, would prefer 7:18 or 9:24 departure from Andalsnes.

Your assistance has been appreciated.

You can book online, as Seat61 also explains. This is for 2nd class (1st class is free of charge):

The chat on entur.no should also work in English. But should you be able to book online. At what stage do you get stuck?
