Pass mobile and website reservation - can't add reservation to the app

Hello,
I bought a mobile pass and booked my seat reservation on the web site (eticket). I can't add my journey on my mobile pass. Is that ok if I show both my printed ticket and my mobile pass to the controller?

Why you cant add the journey in the app?

On Reservation compulsory trains
You have to add the Journey to your trip and after that to your pass (that way you get the QR Code to show it to the conductor)
Ontop of that the conductor will ask to see your reservation.
