we purchased 2 global pass first class tonight and then tried to book London St Pancras to Paris for May 31 .. none available May 30, 31 or June 1 .. this was the most expensive train on our trip and the pass doesn’t make sense if we cant get a seat. do we lose 15% to cancel same day as purchase? Am I doing something wrong with the reservation or is this something that happens a lot? This is the message I get iwhen trying to make the reservation ,,,
