Ciao stavo facendo il viaggio da Finlandia-Helsinki a Svizzera-Lausanne, ma quando stavo nel treno da Stockholm tegelvikshamnen a Malmo C ho avuto un contrattempo e cioè un malfunzionamento nel treno quindi hanno fatto scendere i passeggeri a Linkoping C e ci hanno portato ad un altro treno, poi pero questo treno anche ha avuto un malfunzionamento quindi ci hanno fatto scendere a Hassleholm C poi ci hanno portato ad un altro treno e finalmente siamo arrivati a Malmo C ma il mio problema è che adesso ho perso tutte le prenotazioni e non so che fare, perche qua a Malmo C il ticket office è chiuso, adesso mi dirigo a Copenhagen H ma non ho il biglietto, ho solo il biglietto del altro treno

Mi hanno appena controllato il biglietto e va bene quindi adesso arrivo a Copenhagen H ma poi come faccio con le altre prenotazioni?


Hi, what do you mean exactly with lost all reservations? Do you mean that you made reservations, but you did not have to use them, as you were directed to another train because of malfunctions? Please clarify so that we can assist you further.

I assume a lost connection and because of that won´t reach the further trains to Switzerland 😕 means all booked reservations can´t be used :/


Okay, in that case @Manuel, please get in touch with our Customer Support team here, specifically mentioning the reservations you can't use. They can look into options and assist you further.


It's too late now but always ask the local staff or any staff on the train what to do or where to go. In such a case, you have the right to continue your journey with an alternative route or alternative trains without paying extra and if needed, your ticket must be made valid for this alternative route or trains. If there are any mandatory reservations, then they need to be rebooked without charge. If you have optional reservations that you can't use anymore, then you are entitled to a refund.
