Where do I pay for the additional supplement for PKP EIP train from Krakow to Warsaw? Somewhere in advance, at the station before departure or onboard the train?

You can buy domestic reservations max. 30 days in advance at a Polish ticket office or online on the PKP IC website using this guide.
