Problem with mobile pass cover number when trying to book Eurostar

I have an interrail pass and am trying to use the travel.b-Europe site to book our seat reservations.  But when I enter our six digit pass number in the “pass cover number” section I just keep getting an error message that the pass cover number is not valid.  I tried calling their help number but it doesn’t work.  Any idea what I can do?

Book on raileurope.com. That's also cheaper because there's no extra booking fee. Just always set currency to euro to avoid their 5% exchange fee.
