problems booking night trainBayonne to Paris Austerlitz

I am having problems and not being able to book night train to Paris from Bayonne for my family, is anyone else having the same issue?

The web site says:

Sorry, something went wrong

We could not save your details. Please try again or contact Customer Service.

I´ve already contact customer service and waiting for answer,….

There are a few other websites where you can book, I suggest you try those:

Rail Europe:

If that doesn't work, then please mention travel date and the number of persons.

Can’t get through on B-Europe and the other does not offer to log the Interrail pass,…

we are a family of four, two adults and two kids 8 and 11

travelling wanting to travel from hendaye to Paris austerlitz on the 28th July, first class on the night train.

The tickets that I wanted don’t exist anymore,….onky can book second class, but it does not go through ….

Both websites are working and offer pass reservations. Instructions can be found on Seat61:

Only book the train that needs reservations, don't try to book from Hendaye because that doesn't work.

B-Europe:

For some reason though, B-Europe doesn't offer 1st class (4-berth couchettes) for that train on your date. No idea why.
