I bought my ticket through the mobile app and somehow the ticket receipt shows a seat, but I didn’t pay extra and I thought it would be paid from my own money. Also, when I search the ticket number on the official train website, it doesn’t show up.
I also wanted to know if there’s any problem with bringing luggage, since my partner (who doesn’t have the pass) had to pay for luggage, but nothing showed up for me about that.
