rail planner app reservation issue

Hello, I am trying to book a ticket for the night train from Split to Zagreb (on the 4th of August at ~21h) but the rail planner app says no price result found and tickets might be sold out but when I look on the operator's website the train ticket is available for purchase. Does anyone know how to book it using the pass rather than having to pay for the full price ticket?

You can’t buy this reservation online, unfortunately.

You can email the Croatian operator on rezervacije@hzpp.hr, and they’ll do it that way.

If you send an e-mail, make clear you only want a reservation for your Eurail pass, since you already have a ticket: your pass. Pass reservations for this train are very cheap, so I suggest to get a sleeper.

Unless something has changed, payment to HZPP is by bank transfer, and I'm not sure that's going to work with a NZ bank account.

If you're continuing to Budapest, consider taking the direct night train at 17:40, bookable on jegy.mav.hu.

Thank you for the replies. I'm heading to Ljubljana after which is an optional reservation so no issues there. I have a Wise account which should be fine to pay with.
