Hi
Looking at seat reservations from Bologna to Salzburg ( via Innsbruck) for June 17th. The Raileurope site says “Seat reservation has to be done at station”. It’s the 9:52 am Railjet #86. Not sure what this means - that I have to wait until I get to Bologna on that day and hope there are seats?
Any insights welcome.

You can buy both the reservation aswell as the supplement from ÖBB online.
It is 3€ for the reservation and 10€ for the supplement. (For the supplement you have to select interrail as a discount and not select the just seat reservation option)

I just checked the OBB site. I can see where to book the seat reservation and the Eurail/ Interrail dropdown option. But the supplement is not mentioned. It is €6 for reservation. See screen shot below. How do I include the supplement? Thanks so much. Jon
You have indicated "seat reservations only ". If you unclick that box, you should see the supplement.
+8Don’t tick the seat reservation only’ box. That’s only if you already have the correct ticket with supplement.
If you have the rail pass added for both passengers, you should see a price of €20 for this train when you untick the box. That’s for the supplements only. You can get the optional reservation for another €6.
Thanks Anna. So the supplement is listed as “Aufpreis” and for two travellers it is 20€ + 6€.
