does anyone has an idea how to book a seat an bike reseservation without bying the ticke on DB navigator.

Reaservation Seat and Bike
You can buy a bike reservation in the DB app. You just change the pre-selected traveller to "bike".
You have to book the seat reservation and the bike separatly. As you have to select ticket when booking the bike and then just reservation for getting your normal reservation (the normal reservation for yourself is optional)
The bike ticket comes with the bike reservation included.
