Hi, the first Train of my interrail trip got canceled due to flooding, so all my trip and booked seats are now obsolete.
How can the trip can be changed so that I can leave as soon as possible without paying more ?
Do I need to book everything again or can the whole trip can just be "moved" to the next similar one without me having to book all over again ?

If you're in Sweden and had booked an SJ train, then call SJ:

https://www.sj.se/en/customer-service

It's the operator's duty to help you.

Eurail doesn't have a public phone number. They have live chat in the Rail Planner app and here:

https://www.interrail.eu/en/support#contact-us

(you'll probably have to convince the bot to get you in contact with a human.)

You can also rebook yourself and request refunds from Eurail afterwards.

You didn't answer my question though: your booked route and original departure time, so the community here can't really help much further with concrete proposals.

If you're in Stockholm though and want to travel to Germany, just get on the next train to Malmö or Göteborg. If you can't book (a lot is sold out), then talk with the train staff.

You should be rebooked free of charge indeed. Normally, the railway staff need to take care of that.

Depending on the train, you can sometimes do something yourself, buy you'll need to mention route, date and (original) departure time for that.

Hey, Thanks for the reply.

There is unfortunately no train staff in here from what Is see.

I have no clue how to Rebook everything independently, plus there is no identical route to my planned trip in the coming hours or days, and I don't know if I can Rebook a train originally for ex. from Stockholm to Mannheim to a train from Stockholm to Köln.

Is there a way to contact Eurail other than through the chatbot which didn't help at all and only sent an email to the team, but i'd love to get help within a couple hours and not 24h…

Thanks again

Ludo
