Hi! I have not received any refund for the reservations I withdrew from. I withdrew a week beforehand and followed the guidelines on the website. It is now already 2,5 weeks ago so the 6 working days. Any tips?

Hi, I cancelled my pass 5 days ago but i havent received the refund yet, any idea as to how long it takes for the refund to process and transfer to my account?
