How can I get a refund form Deutsche Bahn for my seat reservations. ( due to a strike the train doesn't run). Deutsche Bahn says I can refund the seat reservations, but I got them through interrail, and the refund page of interrail says DB doesn't refund them  .

If a train that you reserved have been cancelled, ypu can get the reservation cost back. Maybe you need to write to the Interrail Customer Service.

Exactly, you can get a full refund from the place where you book your reservations. If it's via Interrail, then contact customer service here:

By the way, booking German reservations via Interrail is very expensive: they ask €8 per person and train, whereas you can book them for €3 per train (ÖBB) or €4.50 per journey (DB, includes all trains in that journey) in 2nd class or for free via ÖBB in 1st class.
