Reservation Barcelona - Nice won't arrive on time

Hey! I tried to book a reservation from Barcelona to Nice. Interrail Website says it would take a week to ship, but now the estimated time of arrival would be August. 4 weeks instead of 1 :( 

I am starting my trip in the End of July.

What to do now? Where can I get the reservation on time?

Get in Contact with Customer Service
via Mail customerservice@eurail.com ,twitter or Facebook :)

If it won´t arrive on time consider to cancel it and reserve at a International Ticket office 🙂 “DB Reiszentren” in Germany can does the reservation atleast for the TGV from Barcelona to France :) but not the TGV within France

Option C change to a non reservation needed Route

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers
