I'm looking for reservations in France for august. Deutsche Bahn said, there are no reservations left anymore.

I don't have a pass yet because maybe I won't go by interrail. Therefore I can't check, if there are reservations left.

I thougt that maybe there are reservations left on the interrail page. Does somebody know if there is a interrail reservation budget?

DB don't sell domestic reservations for France, so you can't check there.

Domestic trains in France can be booked until the train is full. Reservations are €10 (limited availability) and then €20 until the train is fully booked. You can also check here:

If you'd have clicked on the link, you'd have seen that you can check without having a pass. You can even book without a pass.

Yes it's for domestic journeys.

For international journeys check whether there are regular tickets available on sncf-connect.com (no quota for passholders).

If the international trains were to be sold out (possible as it's a very popular route), there are a few alternatives : for example any train to Appenweier/Offenburg + RB across the border to Strasbourg + TGV to Paris (10€ limited fare, then 20€).

Correct. You asked for reservations in France.

The TGV/ICE between Germany and France don't seem to have pass holder quota anymore, so pass holder reservations should be available when normal tickets are available. Price is €17 from DB or SNCF (both only at the ticket office or by phone) or €17+2 online via Interrail.
