This will sound very stupid but I have not booked any seat reservations yet for my interrail trip I am currently on, and I need to travel from Hamburg to Copenhagen tomorrow, 9th of July.
Can anyone help with seat reservations? I keep receiving error messages from the interrail website and the countries train line websites.

Assuming you are in Germany you can also reserve at station ticket offices.
There are seats on the 6:45 from Hamburg Hbf. Book on cd.cz. The other direct trains from Hamburg to Denmark are fully booked.
If you want to travel later, you can use bahn.com and enter "via Flensburg”. You'll see reservation-free options at 10:43, 12:43, 14:43. It's wise to book though, you can do so on bahn.co with the Seat only option for €4.90.
