All direct trains are sold out. You won’t be allowed to board without a valid reservation.

Due to a strike in the Netherlands, less Brussels-Rotterdam trains are running on Friday. Brussels-Amsterdam Zuid (ECD) should run as usual, though busy. The final timetable isn’t known yet but you can check https://www.nsinternational.com/en/overview-service/78ojRJL2gPwNwh7uLRM1hk

Assuming you have a 2nd class Eurail Pass, the following options are available.

Option 1 (the fastest route possible):

  • Eurostar Paris-Nord - Brussels-Midi 12:55 - 14:17 27€ (book ASAP)
  • EurocityDirect Brussels-Midi - Amsterdam Zuid (South) 14:49 - 16:56

Option 2:

  • TGV Paris-Nord - Lille-Flandres i.e. 08:45 - 09:48 20€ (other trains available)
  • IC Lille-Flandres - Kortrijk - Antwerpen-Centraal 10:09 - 12:23
  • EurocityDirect Antwerpen-Centraal - Amsterdam Zuid 12:35 - 13:56

From Lille all trains run hourly and do not require seat reservations so you can be flexible.

No.

Eurostar is reservation only and has small quotas for Interrail passholders.

The only Eurostar passholder availability on the 13 June is Paris to Brussels at 12.55 for €27. From Brussels you can take the reservation free hourly Eurocity Direct to Amsterdam.

Book this at www.raileurope.com

Alternatives are to get the direct Ouigo Paris - Brussels, 3 daily departures,  this is not valid with Interrail, currently €35 or 39 at www.ouigo.com

You will still have to use pass or pay separately Brussels - Amterdam.

You can travel to Lille either with fast TGV €10 or €20 reservation or slower reservation free TER and then reservation free connections via Brussels to Amsterdam.

Edit:

@thibcabe and myself have covered all the sensible options, as he said if the 12.55 or connection via Marne-la-Vallee are suitable book quickly as these are likely to go with the quota.

Also last option (that I always forget):

  • RER A from Paris city center to Marne-la-Vallée (Disneyland) → pass not valid (5e ticket)
  • TGV Marne-la-Vallée - Brussels-Midi 08:59 - 11:01 20€ (also book ASAP)
  • ECD Brussels-Midi - Amsterdam Zuid 11:49 - 13:56 or later

@thibcabe

A small correction: Métro-Train-RER tickets in Paris/Île de France cost now 2.50 € (except to the airports 13 €).
