Reservation not showing up in app

Hi there,

I’m making my outbound journey on Eurostar (London Kings Cross to Bruxelles Midi). I’ve got the journey in my pass on the app and I’ve made the reservation and have the pdf for my eurostar reservation.

However, the ‘ticket’ for the journey in the app is still showing as ‘seat reservations required’. I made the reservations over 12 hours ago so I was expecting to see in it the app by now. 

Is something missing? Or am I alright as long as I have the reservation pdf?

Reservations and the pass are separate. Reservations do not show up in the app.
