I am going from Salzburg to Venice. I found a train on ÖBB railjet IC898 RJ131 departing 8:12 am arriving 2:05 pm on Omio.com. But it’s not listed on Eurail.com. I bought a eurail pass. How do I make a reservation on this train . Other listed takes 2 hours longer. Appreciate any help.

What is your travel date? This connection is shown on my app. Maybe it’s because the transfer is 5 min long and you didn’t allow these short connections. Salzburg - Villach - Venezia is pretty much guaranteed so don’t worry.
Note the mandatory passholder supplement on this route (Tarviso Aufpreis → 10€ 2nd class, 15€ 1st). Seat reservations are very recommended too.
