Hello, I need a pass cover number to book a seat reservation with Thalys, but I have a mobile pass so I do not have a cover number. I have tried to request one from support, but with the recent delays in answer, I am not hopeful. I am afraid it will sell out before they get back to me.
Any Ideas for a work-around?
