I booked a couple different tickets using the website “Eurail.com” but when i open the app they don’t show there. How do i add my purchased tickets onto the app now? Thanks for any help

Hey, this is normal. The Website and the app are not linked together. You have to show your Ticket your Eurail Pass on the app (adding the trip to the pass) and then show the reservation printed or as PDF on your phone (look on the instructions, every train company has other rules).
