Hi I’d like to reserve a seat on the Eurostar train from London to Paris for Monday October 11. Anyways, I keep getting a message that says error occurred reloading page or something along those lines. The page continuously reloads and I’m never able to access the reservation tool.

You can book your interrail seat via B europe online via the link in this post. They charge a 4 euro fee.
Probably some trains are already sold out for interrail holders.

Unfortunately, that option only seems to work if you have a paper pass. I have the eurail pass in digital form.

You do indeed need a pass cover number to be able to reserve it online. But because you are already traveling on Monday, it is too late to request this. That's why I advise you to call to B europe in Belgium, see link. I think they can still help you.
They only charge fees for their phone number.
