Reservation tool redirects to homepage - site support is unhelpful

Hello,

I have purchased two global passes for two travellers and have been attempting to book a reservation for a few hours now.

When trying to reserve a seat on ICE9553 from Paris to Saarbruecken. After selecting the reservation type and entering my contact info, I am prompted to “add traveller details”. However, clicking this button just redirects me to the eurail homepage. I have tried this in three difference browsers.

The support section on the eurail site is extremely unhelpful and I feel like I’ve been ripped-off.

Can someone help?

 The advice from the experienced travellers in the community is to use other ways to make reservations than the Interrail/Eurail website.  You can look at the guide in the link:

If you, after having looked at the guide, have questions about how to make specific reservation, please give your travel details (departure date, time and route) preferably in a new topic, and you will get advice.

Please note that Interrail/Eurail charges an extra fee of 2 EUR per person and ticket in addition to the fee for the seat reservation.
