Hello, I reserved seats Vienna to Prague on the 4th of Sept. On the app. it showed only Breclav to Prague booked nothing about Vienna to Breclav. I also see that some reservations ask for a shipping address to send tickets. I just need email tickets as the delivery dates for the tickets is while I am travelling and would not know exactly where I would be.

Reservations are available online on the ÖBB or ČD website for about 3€ pp, also with a seat map.

There are plenty of direct trains between Vienna and Prague + some others with a change in Breclav.
Hello, thanks for your response. When you say book with the company directly does that mean I don’t use my Global pass?

You only get seat reservations on ÖBB or ČD (same process whether with a ticket or pass). The pass remains your ticket.
