A few weeks ago I booked a few reservations. I received the confirmation mail and tickets and there were all in my reservation overview. But when I log in now, I don't see the reservations in my overview anymore. I do still have them in my mailbox, but when they're not in the overview anymore does that mean they're cancelled or something (i didn't get an email about this), or is this a technical issue?

There were 3 similar issues yesterday so there is probably some technical problem.

 


This was indeed an issue on Eurails' side but happy to share that it has been resolved, so you should be able to access the reservation overview again seeing all of your reservations.
