Reservations not available or only with paper pass (pass cover number)

Hi, I can't seem to book my reservations between Bruxelles and London. In the reservations tool it says that this train is not available. On b-europe.com it says it is, but I need a paper pass to book it and I only have my pass in the app. What should I do?

You can request a PassCoverNumber from Eurail supervisors marked as “Eurail Staff” here for example @Magdalena they can provide you with one.

    I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers
