Vorrei prendere il treno rj 83 che da Monaco va a Bologna. se acquisto un posto a sedere tramite il loro sito è incluso anche il supplemento?

Sul loro sito il poso a sedere costa €6 è possibile?

Il supplemento per questi treni è obbligatorio mentre la prenotazione del posto a sedere no?

@ralderton I would buy the supplement via Rail Europe, there the reservation is included in the price. Same via Interrail Reservation service (but 2€ booking fee on top).

As far as I can see, Rail Europe can't book these trains yet.

The cheapest is currently to book via Trenitalia, ticket office only. You'll get the supplement with an included free reservation.

Don’t buy the seat or the supplement through the Interrail website - they charge extra fees.

The supplement is compulsory - €10 in second class, €15 in first class.

The seat reservation is optional - €3.

You can buy both from ÖBB. Add your Interrail pass where it says ‘1 adult’.

You can also pay the supplement on board the train, but I think it costs more.
