RP App and Website showing different reservation requirements

Dear community,

I am about to book seats for my journey from Lille to Luxembourg. From the RP app it shows seat reservations required for trains from Brussel Midi to Brussel Nord then from Nord to Luxembourg, meanwhile on the website it shows “You are ready to board” - I assume this means when you add it to your trip you can hop on that train without booking. 

I normally use website to make the seat reservation, and from the App it is redirected to the website as well. A bit confused about which instruction I am following please?

Hi everyone, we can see now the issue has been resolved on RPA Android if using the newest version of 50.6.0 😊 Let us know if you still experience the same issue

This is a bug; I've seen comments from more people about it. The trains in your screenshot cannot be reserved. Please report it to customer service:

This currently seems to occur for many or maybe even all non-reservable trains. E.g.:

The warning about mandatory reservations appears when you save the train in your trip.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.

Thanks for the additional information ​@rvdborgt ! This issue has been in our IT team's backlog. It seems it happens on RPA Android, not on iOS. We're still waiting until it gets resolved
