Are they want a resv? System says no need but im not sure

No, the 10 € supplement is just between Austria and Italy.

That's because these trains between Austria and Italy are no joint venture trains between the neighbouring railway companies.

There's no such supplement between ÖBB (Austria) and MAV (Hungary). No need to worry...
