I’m global pass 1st pass holder.I want to go to Le Haver from Paris.Do I need to book seat reservation?

If you take a TGV or the TER Nomad(not 100% sure on this one) you need a reservation.

If I remember correctly, reservations  are mandatory on the Nomad trains, but you can take another train on the same day, without guareantee that you will find a free seat. Last minute exchanges should also be possible on SNCF vendung machines.

But atleast the reservation on the Nomad trains are pretty cheap.

Yes, but the reservation fee may be higher as the reservation itself. Or buy them at a ticket office.

Yeah most reservation for france can unfortunatly not be booked online without paying additional booking fees. (Now that raileurope also added a booking fee)
