Seat Reservation Bucharest-Sofia?

Hello, I want to travel from Bucharest to Sofia this month. There is a train (IR 461) with mandatory seat reservation that departs at 10:11 from București Nord. The problem is that I have to take this train, and I will arrive in Bucharest one or two days beforehand. Is that enough time to get a seat reservation in person?

The train can sell out on peak dates, so it might be risky. If you have a flexi pass, buying a regular ticket including a reservation online (€33) might be more interesting than using a travel day from your pass. The Romanian railways site states tickets are refundable until the departure, you might be able to get a refund if reservations are still available by the time you get to Bucharest.

There is a refund fee though:

Since this is a ticket plus a separate reservation, you might be able to refund the ticket but not the reservation, which would then be a €3 fee. If you have to refund both, it looks like it's a €3 fee for the ticket and €3 for the reservation.
