Hi. Eurail pass is free for 4-11 years old children. Does it mean same is applicable during seat reservation? I mean can children under 12 years travel free in the countries where seat reservation is must?

You usually have to pay the normal supplement if a child have their own seat or bed.
For optional reservations via Deutsche Bahn though, there's a family reservation for the price of 2 seats, which, if cheaper, will be shown automatically if you enter all passengers with their ages.
NO, unless you take the child on your lap.
In fact it may be quite a challenge to even make that payable REServation.
