I want to go from Paris to Stuttgart with TGV on the 9th of May and cannot make an obligatory seat reservation neither with the connection from interrail to SNCF North directly on the SNCF homepage .how to do it?

You can also book it on raileurope.com, where refund conditions are better (until 30 minutes after departure time).

Interestingly, SNCF seem to have increased the reservation fee to €20 and again DB didn't get the memo.

you can get the reservation from raileurope or from db directly using the following link https://int.bahn.de/en/buchung/start?KL=2&ET=PASSZUSCHLAG

As i just noticed that you are from Germany, i would just get it from DB (you just need to use the link as otherwise there is no way to find the interrail reservations on their website or in the DB Navigator)

The link to  DB Navigator is not Useful for me because I come for Germany and I can not book any SeatReservation in  France there.

The DB Navigator can't book these reservations as far as I know, but it works fine on the DB website.

It only works for the direct TGV/ICE between France and Germany. Not for trains whitin France. But raileurope is a good choice for train reservation in france.

(I also come from Germany

Today it works only for the German trains but not for the French trains for example if I want to go from Dijon to Munich on may 3rd, I can only make a seat reservation for the last train from Stuttgart to Munich but not from Dijon to Stuttgart

DB can only book pass reservations for the direct trains Germany-France. We never claimed anything else. DB choose not to sell domestic French reservations (not even at the ticket office).
