I want to go from Euston Street in London to Lime Street in Liverpool
I will use EXP line
Most trains require reservations for seats
But I can’t reservate the train in eurail
How can I book a seat on the train from London Aston station to Liverpool Lime Street station?

Seat reservations aren’t compulsory in the UK, except on Eurostar and night trains. Don’t pay attention to what the Rail Planner says - it’s wrong!
But if you want a seat reservation, you can get one for free. Either visit any ticket desk at a UK station, or get it online from GWR. Instructions are here (scroll down a bit to How to make seat reservations online free-of-charge):

+8Detailed instructions:
1. Go to www.gwr.com & register for an account.
2. Sign in & click My account.
3. Click Bookings.
4. Click Make a seat/bike reservation.
5. Run an enquiry and select the train you want.
It will ask you to select a fare, select any fare in the right class, it doesn't matter what fare type you click on, continue and make the reservation. It says you won't be charged and you'll get a free seat reservation without the need to enter any payment details.
6. Your reservation details with car number & seat number will appear on the screen.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
