seat reservation ( Innsbruck to Bolzano)

Hello,

I was checking for seat reservations from Innsbruck to Bolzano on the OBB website. Do I need to check the box I only want seat reservation? If I check the Box, it shows 3 euros and if not the ticket shows 13 euros.

There is a supplement for this train (€10 in 2nd class). The €3 reservation is optional.
