I need help to make a reservation on Eurail App.
I have purchased the Aurail Pass (France) for me to travel from CDG Airport to Strasbourg on 18th April. I have added the trip on My Pass in Eurail but i am struggling to reserved the seat and quite nervous that i can’t board the train on 18th April 8:50am.
I was trying on reservation but it show me on below message and i cant call thru the said number :

Although I obviously can’t proceed the b-europe site is showing availability so I can only assume there was a technical issue.

There are several other options during the morning so you will be able to visit the ticket office and work out an alternative if your ideal train is full, or your flight is delayed. If all else fails there are regional trains to Paris to mate up with services to Strasbourg.
