Seat Reservation not available

Hello all, 

3 friends and I ordered a mobile Interrail pass each. Many journeys we would like to do require seat reservation. However, the online seat booking system doesn't work (I’ve searched for many journeys in the reservation system, none of them is available for seat reservation, according to the system), it seems to be a known issue in the community.

 

Is it possible to make seat reservations for 4 adults for the following journey?

  • Lyon Perrache → Berlin, August 07, departing at 9:58 AM and arriving at 20:22 (there is a correspondance from Lyon Perrache → Frankfurt(Main) Hbf, it is the journey which need seat reservation) 

We had no sustained answer from the sncf and the interrail service, the two send us back to the other company... we're 3 days before we leave, it's a little panic.. thank you very much for helping us.

My experience is go directly to a Ticket office and reserve there

It´s look like SNCF try to make it harder and harder to get Reservations with Interrail/Eurail :/

Hi Lisa, there is currently an issue on our side that does not allow seat reservations to be booked for more than one traveller. As a workaround, you can go to your account → trips & travellers, and add travellers or (if already done so) complete the missing information of the travellers. More information can be found here. You should now be able to book through our system, but you can also choose one of the alternatives mentioned.
