I reserved seats from Strasbourg to Paris for today and I did receive an invoice. I did not, however, receive tickets or seat reservations. Its not in my email nor my interrailaccount. I did pay the booking fee and the tickets.
Is this normal for this train? Or how can I fix this?

I went to the ticket booth of SNCF at the train station and there they could find and print my tickets. It all worked out!
