Seat reservation: Paris to Florence - Interrail website does not work

Hello,

maybe someone can help.

The Interrail website does not work. Trying for hours to book seat reservation from Paris to Florence mid Julye. Is there another possibility? SNCF does not work (can just book full fare). Any ideas? Booked reservation London - Paris a few days ago via interrail website, but unfortunately did not receive tickets yet. Confirmation Email said that tickets are attached, but they were not. Credit card was charged though. Cannot download them in the tool either. Download button is missing. 

A pity that a community needs to solve problems, because the support does not answer….  :-)

Please specify which exact trains (origin, destination, date, departure time per train) if you want advice on reservations.

If you didn't receive any reservations you booked, then please contact customer support. Do mention for which date they are so they can prioritise your request properly.
