I am trying to book a seat reservation for a train from Zagreb Glavni Kol to Ljubljana on May 16 from 19:40 to 21:47. When I go to the eurail website to book the seat reservation, it says N/A for price and underneath it says "facilities unavailable". I do not know if that means that the train is fully booked, or if it just means that I need to book the seat reservation at the train station in person. Any help is appreciated.

N/A means price is unknown but it could be plenty of other reasons.
You don't need a reservation for Zagreb - Ljubljana : sit in any untaken seat, most people will board in Ljubljana for the night.
