Me and my sister are doing Interrail this summer and need to take a train back home on July 31st. Unfortunately the seat reservations are sold out for the train from Split to Zagreb (departure 22:18) wherefore we wanted to ask if anybody here has two seat reservations we could buy from you?

The train is not sold out. It is simply not available on interrail.eu. Here you go :
Interrail is not a very reliable source, not available can mean multiple things : unavailable on interrail.eu, sold out, etc.
Btw there is also a night train to Graz (05:52), Vienna (09:21) and Bratislava. It is available online on nightjet.com but it is expensive : 54.90€ for a seat, 74.90€ for a couchette.
In general seat reservations are best done elsewhere than interrail.eu (extra fees and more expensive optional reservations). Please have a look at :
