I have manually booked a journey on Intercity train #727 from Lamezia Centrale to Messina Maritima on 21 September but cannot make seat reservations. Eurail and interail both do not show that train but i have booked the train and have a ticket. I dont know how to access the Trenitalia site to just book seat reservations,

The answer is the same as when you previously asked this question.
You cannot book reservations for eurail passes from the Trenitalia website.
You should use www.tickets.oebb.at , add eurail as discount and search for tickets NOT seat only. IC are €3, Freccearossa €13

other than Trenitalia no site displays the Intercity train
Then just wait a bit. It probably means Trenitalia have only recently published timetables for this train in 21 September and it usually takes some time for them to appear elsewhere. Italian trains are usually not fully booked this far in advance, no need to worry.
